One week in early May 2020 the news came that Kraftwerk's Florian Schneider had passed away. Given that I had a radio show to do the next Sunday, and him being such a large musical figure, it just wouldn't do to not honour him during that broadcast.

But how? Instead of playing Kraftwerk songs, I decided to make a musical composition derived from Kraftwerk sounds, making new sounds using the 'old'. One long piece to send the man off with respect. A piece filling the entire hour of the broadcast.

It took four days and long nights to finish, and just three hours before going on air the work was done. Since the piece was well received and people keep asking me about it, I've decided to make it available.

Given the nature of the work, this is for free. I'm not out to make money out of this one. Please accept it in the spirit in which it was given. A work of love, a work of mourning, a work of respect, by a fan.
